Lets talk about pizza, kay?
You know when you’re having one of those days when you just can’t figure out what to make for dinner while your head screams pizza but your heart screams ice cream and obviously you can’t eat ice cream for dinner (or could you?), so you decide on something more suitable to decide between, like pasta, because everyone loves pasta and then maybe you won’t look like the total weirdo that you actually are? Well this was one of those days.
And you know when you’re having one of those days when you reeealllly don’t want to get off of the couch or move or open your other eye or have to leave the room when the
ridiculously addictive show Catfish is on and you just can’t be bothered with unimportant things like eating or nutrition and you just come up with the first two things that hit your mind.
Pizza and Pasta.
Chop up some onion, garlic, and tomato.
Roll out your pizza dough, spread on your marinara sauce and then start to layer.
*If you’re going to be making the pasta specifically for this recipe (I usually make this when
I have some leftover pasta on hand. Its a good way to use it up!), you might want to slightly overcook it. Since the pasta will crisp up a bit, you don’t want to end up with really hard pasta.
Or maybe you do. Then totally disregard everything I just said.
Layer with your pasta, more sauce, then the toppings of your choice.
Then cheeeeeeeeeeeeese, and lots of basil and oregano.
In a 400 F. oven for 20 minutes!
There is no commentary I could add that would even remotely come close to how I feel about this.
Just make it.
