This pizza is so… weird. But so good. My mind doesn’t know how to register it but my heart says please give me more.
In fact – I’m actually eating the leftovers of this as I type. Pizza leftovers. Thats a rarity.
I’ve been seeing thai pizza’s everywhere lately and I just had to try it out for myself. It would have been so unbelievably amazing if I had had chicken to throw on top of this, and make it like a ‘chicken satay’ pizza, but of course I didn’t have any on hand. Whyyyyy would I, amiright?
So anyway – this pizza was surprisingly delicious, and I’m thinking you should probably make it this weekend.
Or today. Today works, too.
thai peanut pizza
1lb pizza dough
2 tablespoons peanut sauce
1/2 bell pepper, sliced
1/2 red onion, sliced
1 cup mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts
Preheat your oven to 420.
Roll out your pizza dough onto a greased baking sheet and top with sauce, bell pepper, red onion, and mozzarella cheese. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes. Remove and top with cilantro, green onions, and peanuts. Return back to the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
Slice up and enjoy! Xx M
