3 Ingredient Cookies

These are like, the best cookies ever. Seriously. Zee best. However, I’m not sure if I think they are zee best because of how easy they are to make.. or because they are actually the best chocolate cookies you will ever eat in your entire life and I don’t care how great those cookies your grandma used to make on Christmas were. These top that.

Now now, I can’t take credit for this recipe because I found it online like, forever ago. I don’t even know where I saw it, but this recipe stuck in my mind because it is, like, 3 ingredients long and I may be looney and out of it sometimes but I can still remember a 3 ingredient recipe like a pro.

Now gather around my friends and make these right this second.

You’ll need: 1 Box Devils Food Cake Mix, 1 Can Chocolate Frosting, 1 Egg.

Combined all ingredients in a bowl and mix them all up. You’re probably going to have to go in there with your hands and it will probably be messy so make sure you’re not wearing your favorite shirt or something.

It doesn’t have to be perfectly combined so don’t worry about it too much.
Just mix it up, then throw it in the fridge for a half hour or so to firm up a bit.

After the dough firms, roll into balls then flatten them out on a greased cookie sheet.
I experimented with flattening some with my hand and flattening some with the back of a spoon.
It really made no difference in the end so either way works.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
When you take them out they will be gooey and you will have a mini heart attack
thinking you screwed it up and you might cry a little bit.
But fear not. They firm up some more as they cool.

Let cool for 10 minutes and then die a little inside because these are the best
chocolate fudgey cookies you will eva have.

 Please make these now.

  2. I know right, Keri! The possibilities seem endless! I'm going to try them with a bunch of different varieties. Maybe I'll post about them!
