Buttery Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

If there is one recipe you ever tried from my blog, please make it this one. Because it is so easy, and so delicious, and so life changing and so magical. And there is like, a hurricane happening outside so obviously I needed bread in my life. What else would go more perfect with the bottle of wine I drank then delicious buttery bread? Nothing I tell you. Nothing.

The ingredients are simple. Pizza or bread dough, 1/2 stick butter, and 2-3 cloves of garlic.
I buy premade pizza dough from my local deli and it works deliciously. I know homemade pizza
dough is probably the best thing ever, but honestly, the deli is down the block.. and they make it there.. so technically, its homemade just without me doing the homemaking. Does that make sense? Probably not.
Flour your dough so it doesn’t stick to everything it comes across, then grease a loaf pan.
Work the flour into your dough, then pull apart into pieces and form balls. Place each ball in a bowl.
Then melt your 1/2 stick of butter in the microwave on 30 second intervals. Add your minced garlic and a generous amount of salt and pepper. Mix it up, then pour mixture over the dough. With your hands, mix the dough and the butter to coat. Don’t worry if the balls stick/mesh to each other. The only reason for forming the balls in the first place is to pull the bread apart easier after baking.
Transfer your dough to a loaf pan, and in a 400 degree oven it goes for 20 minutes. 
The top will only slightly be brown, but fear not since the bottom will be a beautiful golden color.
When you slide the bread out of the pan, it will already start pulling apart. Just pull the pieces off and there you have it, Pull Apart Bread! So good for parties/events. Heat up some marinara to use for dipping and you’re ready to go. 
* I hope all of my fellow east coasters were/are safe during the storm. Most of my area is A) Under Water or B) Has no power. I am grateful to not be in either of those categories.
I ventured off when the storm calmed to take some photos, and will try to post more. 
In my 20 something years of living in NYC, I have never seen such devastation. I refrained
from posting some serious photos, as I am unaware if a death took place and wouldn’t like to 
broadcast that. Now, us as a whole are in recovery mode and need to bring our city back to life.
We’ll be okay. We’ve been through worse.

    The devastation is so terrible and I wish it clears up soon for all those people who are without power etc. Glad you weren't that badly affected! Stay safe.
