Welcome back for another episode of “All I Eat Is Pizza”, starring Mel of Food and the City. For this episode, I will once again speak about pizza and how you need to try this and how it is one of the best things that I have ever tasted and how it pulls apart so cheese-id-ly and sauce-id-ly and fantastic-id- – – ly.
Stop. Smack me in the face. This is so, so good. I want to cry, I want to run, I want to jump, I want to get on a tredmill after eating almost this entire thing myself but HEY! It was so worth it.

2 cans canned biscuits (I used pillsbury)
1 cup pizza sauce
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 T dried italian seasoning (or, garlic powder, dried basil, dried oregano, black pepper)
fresh basil for garnish
Preheat oven to 375. Open up canned biscuits and cut each one in half. Greased a casserole dish, and lay out the biscuit pieces. Top with sauce, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, and italian seasoning. Give it all a good mix ensuring each biscuit is coated. Top with remaining cheese and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Top with fresh basil and enjoy!
