12 ways to eat healthy in 2014

Did you make a resolution to start eating better in 2014? I definitely did! And although I’ve mentioned a few times that I’m trying to not think about it for a little longer, its never too early to start meal planning!

If you’re like me and can’t even bare the thought of having to eat flavorless food for the sake of calories, then you’ve definitely come to the right place!
