Ingredients:

Makes 1 quart

  • 1 tsp matcha (we like Evergreen Matcha)
  • 1 fresh lime or lemon (sliced thinly)
  • 1 thinly sliced apple
    • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves
    • 1-3 tsps of Natural Maple Syrup or Honey to sweeten to your own taste
    • 1 quart water

     

    Directions:

    1. Mix together 1/3 cup of hot water with you matcha powder, stirring thoroughly to until it has dissolved
    2. Add the maple syrup or honey to your own taste and stir well again.
    3. Fill your favourite pitcher with water, leaving a little space to add some ice.
    4. Pour the matcha mixture into the water and stir the green goodness around
    5. Fill with ice, your sliced fruit, and mint leaves.
    6. Stir again for luck then it is ready serve, and enjoy!
